Many lenders expect small businesses applying for business loans to have a business checking account when applying for small business loan or line of credit. However, this requirement does not apply when a business owner applies for personal loan for business use, although personal checking account is always required, to transfer fund to your account if approved.
(a) You can choose to utilize our assistance in establishing an LLC business in Delaware, regardless of your state of residence. The application process will be conducted online, and additional services to support your new business are available for extra fees. After your business is formed, you can proceed to open a business account.
(b) Alternatively, you have the option to apply for a personal loan, which is a faster process and is strongly recommended.
(c) If you opt for Option 2, “Request for Personal Loan,” please download, complete, and sign our Agreement Form. Note that a Success fee may apply, and you can refer to our FAQ’s for information on possible exemptions.
